Refund And Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully:
Cancellation Policy
15 days or more before check-in: 10% deduction of the total booking amount + 18% GST.
Between 14 to 8 days before check-in: 20% deduction of the total booking amount + 18% GST.
Between 7 to 3 days before check-in: 40% deduction of the total booking amount + 18% GST.
2 days or less before check-in: 100% deduction, no refund applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Any applicable bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.
Important Notes
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
In certain cases, a booking may be rescheduled instead of canceled, subject to availability and management discretion.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions) may be subject to special cancellation policies as per management decision.
