1. General Policy
Jowar Resort provides hospitality services, including accommodation, dining, and event hosting. As such, we do not engage in the sale or physical shipping of products. However, for services that involve digital or physical vouchers, meal deliveries (if applicable), or other deliverables, the following policies apply.

2. Booking Confirmations & E-Tickets
All reservations, including accommodations, dining, and event bookings, are confirmed via email after successful payment.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with details of their booking within 24 hours of payment.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

3. Delivery of Gift Vouchers & Packages (If Applicable)
Digital gift vouchers or booking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of successful payment.

Physical vouchers (if offered) can be collected from the resort reception or delivered within select locations (subject to availability and an additional fee).

4. Food Delivery (If Offered)
If Jowar Resort offers food delivery services, the estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of order.

Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Delivery is subject to availability and is only provided within a specified radius.

5. Changes & Cancellations
Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and applicable charges.
